3Salih Hattapoğlu completed his medical education at Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine between 1998 and 2004 and started working as a medical doctor within the Ministry of Health. He completed his residency at Dicle University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Radiology, between 2006 and 2011, and received the title of Radiology Specialist. He worked as a radiologist in the radiology department of Diyarbakır Gazi Yaşargil Training and Research Hospital between 2011 and 2013. In 2013, he started working as an Assistant Professor in the Neuroradiology department at Dicle University Faculty of Medicine Radiology Clinic. Advanced neuroradiological examinations and Shear wave elastography are areas of special interest. Dr. Salih Hattapoğlu, who has been serving as an academician at Dicle University Faculty of Medicine for 11 years, received the title of Associate Professor in 2018. He currently works in the Radiology department of Dicle University Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Salih Hattapoğlu has publications in many national and international scientific medical journals. He has authored many book chapters. He received the "Best Oral Presentation" award with his presentation titled "Evaluation Of Postoperative Undescended Testicles Using Point Shear Wave Elastography in Children" at the 14th International Balkan Radiology Congress held in Greece in 2016.
