3Associate Professor Faysal Ekici was born in Batman. He graduated from Dicle University Faculty of Medicine in 1995. He completed his residency training in the radiology department of the same university in 2002, after starting in 1997, and became a Radiology specialist.
He began his academic career as an Assistant Professor in the radiology department of Dicle University Faculty of Medicine in 2009. He obtained the title of Associate Professor in 2013.
Since 2009, he has been working in the neuroradiology department. He holds a subspecialty diploma in neuroradiology awarded by the Turkish Neuroradiology Society. He has around 50 scientific articles published in national and international journals, most of which are related to neuroradiology. His publications have been cited hundreds of times.
