Bee products are natural products that are very important for their chemical content and biological activity. An important reason for the biological activity of bee products is their chemical content. For this reason, many scientific studies are carried out on the chemical content of bee products. Protein and amino acids are two parameters that indicate whether the content of foods is rich or not. Therefore, the amino acid content and protein analysis of bee products are also important. In this section, the protein and amino acid contents of bee products are explained with examples from scientific studies.
