3Nihal Avcı Başboğa graduated from the Florence Nightingale Faculty of Nursing at Istanbul University in 2019. Aft er graduation, she started a master’s program at Florence Nightingale Faculty of Nursing, Istanbul University, Department of Women’s Health and Gynecological Nursing and graduated in 2022. She worked as a nurse for 1 year. After that, she started working as a research assistant at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Kırklareli University. She is still working as a research assistant at Istanbul University - Cerrahpaşa Institute of Graduate Studies, Women’s Health and Gynecologic Nursing. She is interested in women’s health, maternal health, violence against women and obstetric violence.

3Prof. Dr. Ergül Aslan graduated from Istanbul University Florence Nightingale School of Nursing in 1996. She graduated from Istanbul University Health Sciences Institute, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecologic Nursing Master’s Program in 1999. She completed the Marmara University Health Sciences Institute, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecologic Nursing Doctorate Program in 2005 and received the ""PhD"" title.
After her graduation, she worked as a nurse for 10 years. She has been working as an academic since March 1999. She received the title of Associate Professor in 2011 and was appointed as Professor in 2018.
She is still working as a faculty member in the Department of Women Health and Gynecologic Nursing at İstanbul University-Cerrahpaşa Florence Nightingale Faculty of Nursing.
Urogynecology, women’s sexual health, gynecological oncology and reproductive health are her special interests. She is a member of professional organizations specific to her field.
