3Author Dr.Fatih Öner, who graduated from Erzurum Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine in 2009, received his specialization in the same faculty’s Ear, Nose, and Throat department in 2015. He worked as a specialist physician at Erzurum Palandöken State and Erzurum Regional Training and Research Hospitals between 2016 and 2021. He has been an assistant professor at Kastamonu University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery since 2021.
