    When the topographical structure of our country is examined, it is obvious that in most of our regions, especially the hills and slopes have been destroyed by various factors, resulting in the destruction of the natural vegetation cover and consequently becoming bare and exposed to erosion. It is seen that the slopes and hills that remain bare in the majority of our country, especially in the GAP Region, are poor in soil cover due to both rainfall and wind effects. The establishment of plant species with high resistance to such ecology and soil structure in these areas will provide a great benefit to the national economy. . In such places, orchards of fruit species such as pistachios, almonds, figs and olives, which are resistant to drought and unfavorable soil types, where other fruit species cannot grow, can be established to protect soils and provide income for producers.
